Nepal has a very unique and diverse culture with various ethnic, tribal and social groups influenced by distinct festivals, foods, languages, dance, religion and music. Nepali celebrate hundreds of festivals/holidays throughout the year. Dashain is the longest and biggest festival celebrated in Nepal. Tihar/festival of lights is also one of the most important festival which symbolizes victory of goodness over evil.
